Refund policy

We will be happy to exchange the items or offer you a refund, if the items are not what you originally ordered or are damaged or faulty.

No refunds or exchanges are offered on any non-faulty items, due to hygiene and health and safety reasons.

We offer exchanges within 14 days of purchase if you have received an incorrect or damaged product. Please let us know by visiting our Contact Us page and sending us a message. To ensure prompt resolution, please provide your order number and details of any issues.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, with all tags, including hangtags attached.

Clearance and sale items are not eligible for a return, refund or credit.
